Unlocking Federal Talent

UnlockTalent.gov is a comprehensive data visualization dashboard created by the US Office of Personnel Management to help government leaders make data driven decisions and design initiatives to improve the overall engagement and satisfaction of Federal agencies. The dashboard provides agency employees with visibility and insight into agency employee engagement and satisfaction. Employee engagement is the employee's sense of purpose that is evident in their display of dedication, persistence, and effort in their work or overall attachment to their organization and its mission.

Employee Engagement

This section contains data from the Employee Engagement Index, which is based on responses to 15 items on the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. The Employee Engagement Index is comprised of three sub-factors: Leaders Lead, Supervisors, and Intrinsic Work Experience.

This section contains data from the Global Satisfaction Index of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. The Global Satisfaction Index measures Job, Organizational, and Pay Satisfaction as well as whether or not an employee would recommend their agency as a good place to work.
